I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering a luxurious stay. However, the lack of air conditioning and Wi-Fi was disappointing. The hotel's location was convenient and central, but the dining options fell short.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, on a nice central square where lots of life is happening. The rooms are spacious and come with big bathrooms and toiletries, offering great comfort. The service, though they didn't have our reservation, was overall good, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance available. The location is vibrant, surrounded by the temple and situated by the river, providing a lively atmosphere. The dining options, featuring local dishes, were decent. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the comforts you could ask for. The bathroom was big, and the toiletries provided added a nice touch. However, there seemed to be an issue with our reservation, which I believe was more of a booking problem than theirs. The service overall was excellent, with room service available, and the staff offering help with car hire, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, and even tours and ticket assistance. The location was simply perfect, right in the center of the city with lots of life happening around the square. On top of that, being close to the temple and by the river added to the charm. Unfortunately, the dining experience left something to be desired with the cold dishes lacking in variety. Despite that, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
